Today I installed myself on the couch to go draw some epic fanservicy valentine filler, before moving on to actually start working on the new page. It was going to be raunchy and sexy and almost too scandelous to put on this website.

Then I remembered I lost the power cable to my Wacom…
So have this collage of ‘love’ throughout chapter 1 instead! (which is mostly Maire shoving her hook in Ripper’s face. I was never very good at making collages…)

When will I get this new problem fixed? I don’t know! It’s not a universal cable, apparently :S
Waiting for the Wacom helpdesk to get back to me….

Short version: I didn’t feel like drawing…
Long version: I really didn’t feel like drawing!!!

The next few weeks will become a little hectic so I can make no promises about updates. Still, thank you all so much for sticking with me, it really makes me happy to see that visitor spike every monday! :D even if there’s nothing new and you probably close the window going ‘ffffffuuuuu’ <3

Meanwhile, I don’t think I’ve plugged Arnoz’ comic here yet, hmmm. GO SEE HIS COMIC. It’s hosted by me so it has to be good right? RIGHT? Right.

Edit, April 2nd: Sorry, couldn’t resist when I noticed April 1st was one of my update days ;). Regular updates will continue this monday!

Wow, I can’t believe it only took me two and a half years to make it this far!

Let me just say, that you’ve been a very lovely audience. Not a very vocal one, but I can tell you’re there, because I have analytics. Even if you just flip through two pages and click away. I know you’ve been there!

So, what’s next? I think I’ll be going back to my roots in ‘anthromorphic art’, and make a comic about a ferret/cat/fox/squirrel/naga/husky girl, who gets into all sorts of sexy mischief. Of course I’ll post a link to it here once I start it!

Not able to make that update this week, but I don’t think my old job will be calling me again any time soon XD

That’s how long I’ll be without my tablet while it gets fixed ;_;
It has weird lightblotches coming through near the bottom (not the standard backlight-bleeding) so off it goes to Wacom to see if they can remedy that.

But there’s some good news! Around the time I’ll get it back, I’ll finally have all the time in the world to concentrate on drawing more, which means updates for ThemaoR will become a bit more frequent as well :D

Just a little teaser, while I work on the new page. It really is nearly done, all that’s left is some simple panels :D

This is about 50% of the size I’m drawing this thing at now. Hurrah for high res! Hurrah for my new laptop that can handle the huge file sizes with ease! Boo for the slow pace at which I draw lately :<
But it’s still fun to do!

For this year’s “‘t is the season…” pic, it was either going to be a sexy santa-outfit pinup of Maire, or tiny people and a pissed-off Ripper. I figured tiny people and Ripper would take less time, and lo, here it is, yay!
Here we have tiny!Eddie, who has just made a slightly retarded snowman. But, oh no! Ripper is wearing the magical scarf and hat he has put aside to finish the slightly retarded snowman and make it come alive, because she doesn’t feel the holiday spirit, only freezing cold! “No fear!” tiny!Maire exclaimed, “I will make sure you can complete your slightly retarded snowman!”. And off tiny!Maire went, to climb mountRipper, to retrieve the magical scarf and hat! Will tiny!Maire succeed..?

As far as updating the comic is concerned, I FINALLY HAVE A FULL WEEKEND THIS WEEK. And I officially have nothing to do but slack off in said weekend. So, update will occur this week! And my new year’s resolution will be to update this thing more than I did in 2008. Though with 15 pages that won’t be a very hard thing to do :P

Right, so that whole middle of the week updating thing didn’t work out as planned, it would seem :D

So I bring you the very first filler, which is the lineart/sketch of the doodle WIP from the sidebar. Which I have been working on since, oh, last year, it being the first thing I drew with my new (now retired) Intuos3. I AM TEH MEGA SLACKOR.

Who is this? Well it’s Ate, and you will probably be seeing him in about a year, when I get to chapter two. :DDD
